This does NOT work in Windows XP Home

  1. Press: Start button
  2. Click on: Run
  3. Enter: gpedit.msc and press "Enter"

  4. Then it should look something like this:
    gpedit.msc

    The steps below is marked with red in the picture above

  5. Click: Administrative template
  6. Click: Network
  7. Click: QoS Paket Scheduler
  8. Double Click: Limit reservable bandwidth


  9. The window that comes up should look something like the picture below:

  10. Click: Enable
  11. Enter: 0
  12. Click: OK


  13. Now itīs done!
    Results is different depending on connection speed
